The Friends of Section 9 will hold their Banquet of Champions on Tuesday, March 24 at Minisink Valley High School. This banquet is always a wonderful evening where we celebrate another incredible season of Section 9 Wrestling. Certificates will be awarded to the top 6 place finishers from Division 1 and Division 2 boys and to the top 4 place finishers from the Girls Section 9 Tournament! There will also be dozens of Special Awards presented to wrestlers, coaches, officials, and others!
Doors will open at 5:00 with a buffet dinner, catered by Cugino’s, in the high school cafeteria from 5:00 – 6:45. The cost of the dinner is $20. The awards ceremony will take place in the high school auditorium from 7:00 – 9:00. If you only attend the awards ceremony, there is no charge.
