Washingtonville went 4-1 at Roy C. Ketcham Duals and Placed 3rd out of 10 teams. Colonie won the team title. Mohamed Shidid (152lbs) and Sam Weinger (220/285lbs) each went 5-0 on the day. Bryan Beyers(182lbs) went 4-1. I also received a message that Austin Ingraham from Highland defeated Golan Cohen (4th in NYS D1) from Colonie at this tournament! Great job Austin!!! I am sorry you feel this way. I have not done too much this year in terms of articles…I have basically just recorded the results that are sent to me by the coaches. I sometimes include a brief special “mention” of noteworthy results…such as Austin Ingraham defeating Golan Cohen which is already posted on the site.
Mike does a great job on this site. He only reports the information that is sent to him. You may want to start with the coach of your team. It is the coaches job to report the results to this site and the newspaper. Mike is very flexible and willing to market the sport of wresting in both D1 and D2. Check out his rankings…..he give respect to both division. Also, he does all this for free!
