Section 9 Rankings – Preseason

Well it’s been quite a while … but we’re back! Here we go with our first individual rankings of the 2021-2022 season! For this installment we will only do the top 5 for every weight and we have combined D1 and D2. As the season progresses, we will post separate rankings for each division. Also note that these weights are the expected weights which the wrestler will begin the season. As we all know, wrestlers will change weights during the season. Please keep in mind that these rankings are just for fun. They have absolutely no impact on the seeding for any tournament. As you can imagine, doing these rankings was not very easy. Normally, the preseason rankings rely heavily on the results from the previous year. Since we basically had no season last year, that was not possible. If there are any glaring omissions, please feel free to contact me at sectionixwrestling@gmail.com. Enjoy!
