Given the foreboding weather reports for our area and with the ice and snow amounts ( 12-18 inches ) predicted for the Albany area for Thursday night into Friday is there a Plan B for how the tournament will be shaped as the tournament start gets closer ? Driving up there on Friday morning for the scheduled 9:30 A.M. start seems like wishful and risky thinking .
